About Anthony
Anthony is Registered Massage Therapist who is passionate about manual therapy and its transformative ability to treat and prevent injuries. He holds a Rehabilitative Therapy Diploma from SAIT (2014) and a 2200-hour Massage Therapy Diploma from Mount Royal University (2020). By integrating rehabilitation medicine into his practice, Anthony is committed to helping individuals achieve a pain-free, active lifestyle; a principle that has been central to his practice.

His diverse skill set includes Craniosacral Therapy (CST), RAPID NeuroFascial Reset, Sports and Therapeutic Massage, and PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) Stretching. Each session is customized to the client’s needs and may incorporate techniques like dynamic or static cupping, muscle scraping, assisted stretching, and movement-based assessments to enhance effectiveness.
Anthony’s approach is evidence-informed, functional, and movement-focused. Treatments are performed over clothing, so clients are encouraged to wear athletic attire such as shorts or sweatpants and a t-shirt to their appointments. This allows for ease of movement and access to targeted areas, supporting both comfort and effectiveness.

He works with clients of all activity levels. From managing chronic pain, recovering from injury, or optimizing performance to improving mobility, flexibility, and ones overall physical well-being.
